We have put messages on several places on our website, on our delivery times page, in the order confirmation email and in your account.
We are working round the clock to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, but please take extra production days into account. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with the shipment confirmation.
Can you give my order priority?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited production or shipping. Our system is fully automated and therefore it is not possible to prioritise any individual orders.
