1. Go to the error message or page that causes the issue.
2. Capture a screen shot by pressing ⊞ windows
+ PrtScr
on your keyboard. The file will be saved in your "Pictures" folder, in the subfolder "Screenshots".
Mac
1. Go to the error message or page that causes the issue.
2. Capture a screen shot by pressing ⌘ Command
+ Shift
+ 3
on your keyboard at the same time. The screenshot will be saved as a file on your desktop.
Portable device
There are a lot of different tablets and mobile phones, on which making a screenshot works a bit differently. These are the most common ones.
Apple
1. Go to the error message or page that causes the issue.
2. Hold down the round "Home" button and the "On/Off" button at the same time.
3. The screenshot will be saved in your "Photos" folder.
